Project Rainshine

We work towards training and mentoring various staff members at NGOs to enable them to provide emotional and mental health first aid to their beneficiaries in the most sustainable, affordable, inclusive and efficient manner by initiating the Project Rainshine. The project focuses on Training Programs conducted with staff members and volunteers working at the NGO to equip them with pragmatic tools needed to acquire therapy and counselling sessions for their beneficiaries; Support Groups in order to make them feel heard, understood and supported; and One-On-One Sessions to face deeper interventions from psychology professionals.
