We conduct live sessions with emphasis on struggles faced regarding their identities, talk-it-out groups to share their experiences, allow beneficiaries to have deeper interventions in our one-on-one sessions and organise the knowledge series to raise awareness. Additionally, we also carry out workshops to assist the participants with building their mental and emotional healthcare for themselves in the form of an emotional First Aid Kit.
We work along with disadvantaged youth by training them with indispensable skills and diagnosing internal and external problem areas to ensure and enhance employability. Additionally, a Report is created regarding all the previous sessions and ways to enhance skills in the future sessions in order to set them on their way to attain the perfect job opportunities.
We aim to fix inequities faced by marginalised youth by orchestrating a mentorship campaign to provide the youth with career counselling, vocational guidance, and placement support. Aptitude tests, training sessions and discussion about the targeted plan is conducted to help them achieve their goals as well as accumulate a report entailing a list of resources and network base to help the mentee.
