Project GURU

Project GURU(Guide, Upskill, Reinforce, Uplift) is a youth-to-youth mentorship campaign that centres around promoting foundational knowledge and skills needed in the career path the individual seeks to make crucial life decisions through career counselling and guidance to build some confidence in impending students. Each mentee will undertake an Aptitude test to highlight their strengths and weaknesses, accompanied by mentoring sessions.The mentors will work towards introducing concepts of EQ(Emotional Quotient), Expectation from the employer/job, Guidance to improve performance and Resources to aid in preparations.
